Miki makes sure the practice is running smoothly and is our cheerleader and motivator. Miki is Dr. Gogate’s better half! They have two awesome daughters, Emi and Mio, who light up any room that they're in! Want some fun facts on Miki? She is fluent in Japanese, has an undying love for the Beatles, and always dreams about traveling and going on endless adventures. She also loves to paint! You will find many of her paintings hanging on our walls and, soon, featured on our Instagram! She is an amazing hostess and chef (everyone at the office LOVES her famous miso dip 😍), and always enjoys entertaining the Dearfield Family team at their beautiful home in Greenwich, CT!
Susan Hernandez
Practice Manager
Introducing our extraordinary Dental Practice Manager, Susan!! With a heart of gold overflowing with compassion and care, and a genuine desire to be there for all those around her, she is an invaluable part of our team! Susan has been with us for almost 10 years and her unwavering commitment to excellence and support has made her the go-to person for everyone at DFD! Susan possesses a unique ability to connect with people on a personal level, radiating warmth and understanding that immediately puts patients and staff at ease. Throughout her years at DFD, she has acquired a deep understanding of dental procedures and protocols allowing her to effectively communicate and coordinate with our dentists, hygienists, and administrative staff. In addition to her management skills, we all know that her door is always open, and she is ready to lend a listening ear or offer words of encouragement whenever needed. Susan received her Bachelor of Science degree at Manhattanville College in Behavioral Studies. She enjoys spending quality time with close friends and family, including her adorable daughter, little Ellie! We consider ourselves truly fortunate to have Susan as part of our team!
Karen Meza
Clinical Manager
Karen is our Clinical Manager here at Dearfield Family Dentistry. For more than 10 years, she has assisted dentists and cultivated extensive knowledge of clinical dentistry, infection control protocols, and the latest advancements in dental technology. Among her numerous achievements, as a Lead Dental Assistant, she developed an exceptional skill to streamline clinical operations to contribute to the growth and development of our office. In her spare time, Karen loves to watch movies; Marvel movies are a must-see, and more! She also loves to spend her time with her family and has boundless love for cats!
Nao Rotondo
Front Desk Associate
With vast customer service experience in New York City's art business, Nao joined the DFD front-desk team in the summer of 2017. Nao was born and raised in Kanagawa, Japan, and came to the U.S. in the late 1990s. She resides in Port Chester, NY, and enjoys Zumba, exploring local eats, art, and music scenes with her husband, Salvatore. They love walking their dog, Bradley (Jack Russell and Chihuahua blend) who recently joined their household from a Westchester rescue. Nao is outgoing and personable and looks forward to greeting you at the DFD office!
Priscilla Garcia

As a former Medical Assistant, Priscilla developed a solid foundation in patient care and administrative tasks. In addition, she also possesses expertise in phlebotomy! As a phlebotomist, she acquired a sharp attention to detail and gentle approach with patients. One of the notable strengths is her exceptional ability to learn new concepts and adapt to new roles quickly! With her extraordinary communication skills and warm and friendly demeanor, Priscilla is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience for all who come to our office. Outside of work, she loves to read and her recent book she loved was The Silent Patient by Alex Michaelides. Halloween is her favorite holiday because her kids, Teo and Emma, make it so much fun and they serve as the primary source of her motivation!
