Kleer
Kleer is our membership plan for patients who do not have insurance. This plan is $55 a month for adults and $45 a month for age 13 and below. Membership will cover 100% of two cleanings, two fluoride treatments, and two routine exams, one emergency exam, and all necessary x-rays are covered within a year. Additionally Dearfield offers 20% off on treatments like crowns, fillings, extractions, implants, and so on, including oral surgery by Dr. Valauri. For orthodontics, we offer 10% off. The only treatments that are not discounted are cosmetic treatments such as whitening. Find more information in the image below.
